Monica was raised in San Diego, where she began her career in the title and escrow business in 1991 with Chicago Title. After relocating to the Inland Empire in 1998, she worked for LaRue Escrow/Chicago Title, where she learned a great deal from the owner, Carole. Carole sold the business and Monica went to Appian Escrow in Riverside. She stayed there for several years until moving to Title 365/Advantage Title in 2010. After a couple of years, Monica and her husband took the plunge and opened Monica's company, Palm Tree Escrow, in 2012.
